Bespoke designs & Builds

We construct all our Box Vans vehicles out of a heavy duty galvanized frame, GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) and plywood. All these materials offer a highly durable and non-corrosive shell, reducing maintenance throughout the life of the vehicle. These products also offer a high impact resistance surface, reducing the amount of knocks and bumps associated with daily vehicle loading and unloading. We have the skills and facilities to build our customers’ comprehensive, durable, aerodynamic and lightweight designs to unique specifications.We can also provide a fully temperature controlled vehicle, designed to haul groceries and produce that need storing in a precise temperature stable environment.

We understand that your vehicle is in the public domain day in day out; these vehicles represent your business and your brand, inspiring confidence in your existing customers and attracting new ones. The materials we use in the construction of Box Vans vehicles offer a finely tuned and polished appearance with uninterrupted lines and an excellent surface for painting and integrating graphics. Our engineers able to build your body in arrange of sizes from; 4.3m in length, 3.5 to 26 tonnes and can be built to suit 4×2 and 6×2 axle configurations. However, should you have a bespoke requirement, our engineers love a challenge! Our experienced team will work with you to build something to suit your specifications.

What ever your vehicles make or model we can build it to your specification. We’ll work directly with you and the vehicle dealers to achieve a fast turnaround, so you can get your vehicle into service on the road. When we release your new vehicle, we follow a stringent set of safety checks, ensuring your vehicle is road worthy. With our ISO 9001:2015 accreditation we make sure every vehicle is independently checked and certified before it leaves our premises
